How will I access my course?
Instructions on accessing your course on RevisionMate will be sent to your registered email address. This is typically within two working days of your order being placed, but may be longer, particularly if payment is not made by credit/debit card or the unit is available as a pre-order.
What are the benefits of using the ebook version of this product?
Using an ebook offers lots of flexibility. You can annotate and highlight important points and use the search function to locate key words or phrases. You could also use text-to-speech to have the book read aloud to you. Please note that availability of these features depends on the type of e-reader being used.
It’s important to read the ebook technical guidance on the CII website, where you can also download a sample chapter of a study text to test on your own devices/e-reader software.
Will I lose my Key facts PDF/ebook at the end of my enrolment?
If you want to continue to access this material after your enrolment expires, you will need to ensure you download the PDF/ebook before the expiry date. Any PDFs/ebooks you have downloaded to your personal device/s will still be accessible, although they will not be updated and won’t be valid for future syllabuses.
Which edition should I purchase?
You should ensure that you purchase the edition of the study materials that correspond to when you’re planning to sit your exam:
- If you intend to sit your exam between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, then you should purchase the 2024 edition materials. Access to these materials on RevisionMate will end on 31 December 2024.
- If you intend to sit your exam on or after 1 January 2025, you should purchase the 2025 edition materials when they are available to purchase, during the week commencing 2 September 2024. Access to these materials on RevisionMate will end on 31 December 2025.
- The I10 digital format Key facts booklet (2025 edition course) is due to be available on RevisionMate during the week commencing 28 October 2024.
