One of my greatest strengths is my broad knowledge of the CII. Having worked in our customer service team for five years, I have gained understanding of the business that enables me to provide tailored solutions to my clients, no matter their needs or concerns. When I'm not working, you can find me listening to country music and attending multiple concerts. I also enjoy reading and watching TV in my spare time.
