We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We do not accept Visa Electron or Laser Card.

This is a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is allocated to you and contains all of your personal records. If you have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) this does not automatically mean you are a member.

For most CII exams there is a list of recommended reading in the syllabus which you can find within the syllabus section for each qualification on the website. Most of the items listed can be borrowed by members from Knowledge Services. 

For insurance and financial services qualifications visit the Qualifications section under Learning. Each qualification is listed under its relevant category menu - select the required qualification - brochures are then available on each qualification page.

Unfortunately, this option is not available as we require sight of evidence to support a change of name. Please submit evidence in relation to your change of name to  customer.serv@cii.co.uk.
