Mark has been with Norwich Union for over 25 years, mostly in Commercial Underwriting roles, interspersed with spells in Strategy and Planning, Performance Development, Pricing and Marketing. His current role includes responsibility for Commercial Product Underwriting and Product Development and Norwich Union Risk Services. He also looks after NU's Underwriting Academy and has a keen interest in the development of underwriting capability. |

Clive joined Towergate in 2003 and is now CEO Underwriting for Towergate Partnership. He began his career in 1987 with Commercial Union as a Graduate Trainee in Ilford and then worked in various parts of the organisation and became CU National Broker Development Manager in 1997. Prior to joining Towergate he was the Regional Director (South) for AXA who he had joined in 1999. |

As a Reinsurance Manager Donny’s responsibilities include the placing of unwanted risk (individual or accumulated) into the reinsurance market at appropriate rates, terms and security. The resultant credit risk is also managed. As an Underwriting Manager his responsibilities include technical training, u/w fraud, special projects and elements of pricing and product development. |

Terry Hayday FCII, Chartered Insurer
Manager of Professional Standards – Lloyd’s Market Association
Terry provides advice, information and secretarial support to LMA Members’ interests through liaison with the Corporation of Lloyd’s and other organisations, including the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Insurance Institute of London (IIL). Particularly active in lobbying to raise professional standards and knowledge across the Lloyd’s Market, Terry was instrumental in the creation of the Professional Standards Committee in 2004.
Terry Hayday was appointed Non-executive Chairman of Pembroke Managing Agency, which manages Lloyd’s Syndicate 4000, in March 2007. |
