Those responsibilities include developing Zurich's technical underwriting skills and competences across Europe, which embraces rating tools, processes and most importantly people. |

Mark has been with Norwich Union for over 25 years, mostly in Commercial Underwriting roles, interspersed with spells in Strategy and Planning, Performance Development, Pricing and Marketing. His current role includes responsibility for Commercial Product Underwriting and Product Development and Norwich Union Risk Services. He also looks after NU's Underwriting Academy and has a keen interest in the development of underwriting capability. |

Chief Executive Officer Underwriting - Towergate Partnership
Clive joined Towergate in 2003 and is now CEO Underwriting for Towergate Partnership. He began his career in 1987 with Commercial Union as a Graduate Trainee in Ilford and then worked in various parts of the organisation and became CU National Broker Development Manager in 1997. Prior to joining Towergate he was the Regional Director (South) for AXA who he had joined in 1999. |

Nick’s main areas of focus are delivering underwriting governance and technical development across the commercial and personal lines portfolios of RSA UK. Prior to rejoining RSA in 2007, Nick worked for Zurich and AXA insurance in a range of Underwriting, Strategy and Portfolio Management roles. |

Jeremy has worked for NFU Mutual for 25 years and has held a wide range of Regional & HO Commercial Underwriting roles. Jeremy is currently responsible for Technical Commercial underwriting matters for Property & Casualty classes as well as the development and delivery of Advanced Technical Underwriting Training solutions throughout the business. In addition to his Commercial Underwriting roles Jeremy has, in recent years, undertaken roles in Corporate Governance & Risk, Sales Management and Mergers/Acquisitions. |

As Commercial Director for Direct Line, Churchill and Privilege he was responsible for the home, pet and travel accounts, prior to which he was Finance Director for Churchill. As Director for Underwriting Development his role includes responsibilities for commercial, van and new product development. |
