Join the Society of Mortgage Professionals

You must be a member of the CII to join the Society of Mortgage Professionals.

Existing Members*

Existing members can join the Society at member level free of charge or pay £20 to join at Certificate member level if they have completed one of the accredited mortgage regulatory qualifications.

New to the CII

If you are not already a CII member you will become a member automatically when you apply for membership to the Society of Mortgage Professionals.

The annual society fee is:

• £70 – Member level
• £115 – Certificate member level
