Join the London Market Faculty
The London market is the world’s largest wholesale insurance and reinsurance market with an underwriting capacity in excess of £25bn. This is why The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has formed the London Market Faculty to support the needs of people like you and the organisations that you work for.
From January 2005 regulation of the London market will pass to the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The new regulation means all firms will need to define what good practice is and what standards they should adopt. Individuals will need to embrace the changes and further develop and raise their standards of professional conduct in the London insurance market.
Membership of the Faculty will help support your training and competence needs and ensure you get the recognition you deserve.
How can you join?
Anyone wholly or mainly engaged or employed in insurance can join the London Market Faculty. You must also be a member of the CII to join the Faculty.
CII Members
If you are an existing member of the CII please call 020 8989 8464 to join, alternatively complete a printable membership application form. Membership of the faculty is free, unless you are a member of another CII faculty in which case membership of the London Market Faculty is £10.
