What is the Faculty of Claims?
It is a market forum for everyone engaged in claims activities no matter what level of experience.
Taking the very best of the CII and CILA, combined with direction and support from the market, it aims to encourage progression to qualified status and provide information, events, seminars and guidance on the maintenance of good practice in claims.
In short, it is there to support and inform you and ensure that the customer receives the very best from their insurers or insurance advisers at a time when they need it most.
As an individual member of the Faculty you will get access to a wide variety of information and services that can help support you in your role as a claims professional. In practical terms the Faculty supports claims people by:

- Over 2000 relevant sources of information relating to claims, including access to a vast majority of this online.
