Since joining the CII in May 2022, Tim is focused on playing his part in developing and implementing a proposition that will have a real impact on the value that members receive.
He has worked in the insurance industry for 17 years, 15 of these in customer facing roles. He started out with A-Plan Insurance in personal lines and eventually moved into commercial insurance roles, firstly with the Jelf Group and NFU Mutual. While at NFU Mutual Tim took a secondment into a head office role within the Corporate Development Team and gained experience across a broad set of functions.
