Launched in July 2008, the Future Factory first showed video footage of a roundtable debate where industry leaders discussed the question ‘Is the system Sick or Bust?'. Hosted by BBC2 and Radio 2 presenter Jeremy Vine, the debate focused on the changing business dynamics of the 21st century and its effect on the general insurance market.
