Terms & Conditions of Entry
The CII Chartered Insurance Broking Awards ‘10
Relevant entries should be completed online. The deadline for receipt of entries is 30 April 2010 for Chartered Insurance Broker of the Year (Individual) and Chartered Insurance Brokers of the Year (Corporate). The official online entry system must be used. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, damaged or corrupt entries. Proof of submission is not proof of delivery.
By entering you confirm that your membership status is current, you hold the Chartered Broker(s) status and all CPD records are up to date.
JUDGING THE AWARDS:
All entries will be assessed by a panel of judges in a way that is transparently fair and based on consistent and objective criteria. The judges are appointed by the Chartered Insurance Institute. They are required to identify conflicts of interest and must excuse themselves from participating in the assessment of relevant entries if any conflicts exist. They are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Entries will be judged solely on the basis of the information provided by the entrant, who may be required to provide additional information if requested to do so by the Chartered Insurance Institute. No correspondence will be entered into with or on behalf of entrants concerning the Judges' decisions which are final and binding. Entries which do not comply with the eligibility criteria or which contravene the spirit of the Chartered Awards may, at the sole discretion of the Chartered Insurance Institute, be rejected. In cases where the judges are not satisfied with the standard or quality of entries it is possible that no award will be made.
