As Motor Claims Director at Zurich Tony has Operational and Technical responsibility for the management of UK General Insurance Motor claims in sites across the UK and India.

Benedict has spent his entire professional career in loss adjusting and claims management. He joined Crawford in April 2003 as Managing Director, General Insurance with responsibility for operational service delivery. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer for UK & Ireland. Over the past few years, Benedict has worked on a number of key strategic projects to take the organisation forward, including the acquisition of Specialist Liability Services (SLS). Benedict is one of Crawford's main spokespeople on industry issues. |

Lynn started her career in claims with Royal Insurance but soon moved to Co-operative Financial Services where she has held a variety of roles in both claims and change management. Since March 2007 she has had overall responsibility for all aspects of claims and since January 2011 has added General Insurance Servicing and Underwriting to her responsibilities.

Martin Ashfield

Martin joined the insurance industry in 1986 and has remained in the claims arena since then covering a variety of roles across most business classes including operational claims handling, project management, operational management and strategic planning.
Based in the Bolton Centre of Excellence, Martin is responsible for all aspects of Commercial Property and Motor Trade claims in the UK for AXA Insurance, including the operational delivery and cost control, together with the development and implementation of the strategic plans for the Property Supply Chain.
Martin has been part of the ABI Property Working Group and has been involved in industry activity around issues and responses to Surge events.

John Kenny joined NFU Mutual in 1988. He has spent his entire career in various senior claims roles. John is Chief Claims Manager at NFU Mutual with overall responsibility for all aspects of claims. He is responsible for claims strategy, reserving, customer service and technical standards. Specialist in high value Personal Injury claims and large Commercial claims management. John is a member of the ABI High Level Group, ABI Property Committee and ABI FOS GI Liaison Committee. |
