Benedict has spent his entire professional career in loss adjusting and claims management. He joined Crawford in April 2003 as Managing Director, General Insurance with responsibility for operational service delivery. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer for UK & Ireland. Over the past few years, Benedict has worked on a number of key strategic projects to take the organisation forward, including the acquisition of Specialist Liability Services (SLS). Benedict is one of Crawford's main spokespeople on industry issues. |

John is a member of the ABI High Level Group, ABI Property Committee and ABI FOS GI Liaison Committee. |

Graham Gibson

Graham joined Allianz as Director, Claims in June 2008 with responsibility for technical integrity and service delivery. He is a member of the UK Management Board.
Prior to this he was with Groupama Insurances where he held a number of senior management positions becoming Director of Claims in 2004.
Graham has participated in a number of market initiatives and is currently a member of the Civil Justice Council and the ABI HLG. |
