Our global presence is strong, with 15% of the membership based
outside of the UK across 150 countries.
International growth is a key part of the CII's strategy and
continues to build a local presence in India, the Middle East and
the Far East through global CII offices, strategic alliances and
partnerships where appropriate. We have made particular progress
promoting international standards of knowledge through the
provision of relevant qualifications tailored specifically for
local markets internationally.
Our online learning facility is of significant interest to
international students and members alike as it can be accessed via
the internet from any location, at any time. To support learning
and development, a wide range of technical and market information
is also available online supporting our international
