Why should you join?
Working in claims puts you at the very centre of the insurance industry. This is why The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) have formed a joint faculty to support the needs of people like you and the organisations that you work for.
Rapid changes in today’s insurance world mean proof of your expertise and professionalism are fast becoming recognised as essential by the people you deal with.
Membership of the faculty will help you get the recognition you deserve. The CII and CILA are dedicated to promoting the need for personal development and professional standards within insurance.
How can you join?
You must be a member of the CII to join the Faculty of Claims
CII Members
If you are an existing member of the CII please call 020 8989 8464 to join, alternatively complete a printable membership application form. Membership of the faculty is free, unless you are a member of another CII faculty in which case membership of the Faculty of Claims is £10.
New to the CII
If you are not a member of the CII, you will first need to join. Please call 020 8989 8464 to join both the CII and the Faculty of Claims. Alternatively complete a printable CII Membership/Faculty of Claims application form.
