Please note: if you have completed CII qualifications your membership will be processed at the correct membership level and you will be unable to enrol at CII Ordinary membership level. If you do enrol at the incorrect level the CII will automatically upgrade you to the correct membership level and debit your account for the subsequent fee.

CII Ordinary membership

Ordinary membership is for those new people entering the general insurance or financial services sector, embarking on their first qualification or who simply wish to be able to enjoy the CII range of membership benefits.

CII Ordinary membership with SMP

Members of the Society of Mortgage Professionals automatically belong to the CII, which is recognised and respected throughout the world. Your membership is a demonstration of commitment to your profession, and holding the designated qualification confirms you as a professional to your peers, your employers, and most importantly, to your customers.

Certificate

Available to qualified members who have completed a Certificate level qualification.

Certificate (Claims)

Available to claims practitioners who have completed the relevant examinations and who are members of the Faculty of Claims.
