Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Whatever our personal situation we all, from time to time, have
questions about balancing work and home, from finding the right

answers when you need them can be complicated, frustrating and time
consuming.
At the CII we understand this and our EAP, a telephone-based
service that offers information, referrals and counselling offers
to help make your life easier. The service is managed by an
external organisation so you can rest assured that you can use the
service in complete confidence.
Bike to Work Scheme
In support of well being, an interest-free loan scheme has been
introduced to allow staff to purchase a bike to cycle to work.
Learning & Development
A range of learning and development opportunities are offered to
our staff including interactive induction events, workshops,
support for employees to complete professional qualifications and
membership to both the CII and PFS. The CII's commitment to
employee learning and development, involving and communicating with
our staff has been recognised through the Group's achievement of
the Investors in People (IiP) award, first achieved in 2003. In
