New Generation Programme
Want to be part of the biggest project of your career?
Our flagship New Generation programme offers 40 up-and-coming professionals the chance to improve the sector by working together on a project and presenting it to the The CII Professional Community Boards. We are calling for future leaders in claims, underwriting, broking, and the London Market to apply!
Designed to complement existing company talent programmes, the year-long programme will provide group members with a range of learning opportunities, including:
- An interactive session with key personnel from regulatory bodies
- Talks from Members of Parliament and lobbying organisations in the insurance sector
- Training on subjects such as leadership and handling the media
Each group will also be asked to identify and complete a project or initiative that it believes could make a difference to the insurance profession and present this to the board. Typically taking around six months to complete and involving collaboration amongst group members across the country, these projects are both challenging and rewarding. In addition, the programme includes several informal networking opportunities.
